Landscape Workshop Expands Virginia Presence with Acquisition of Willis Landscaping in Lynchburg

Birmingham, Alabama - Landscape Workshop, a leading commercial grounds management and landscaping company serving the Southeastern United States, has acquired Willis Landscaping, Inc. (“Willis”), a well-respected provider of high-quality landscaping services in Lynchburg, Virginia. This strategic acquisition—Landscape Workshop’s fifth in Virginia—strengthens the company’s foothold in Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Charlottesville, advancing its mission to deliver premium commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services across the region.

Willis has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality landscape services across the Lynchburg area. This acquisition supports Landscape Workshop’s goal of offering premium grounds management services while expanding its presence into new markets.

“We are excited to expand our presence in Virginia through the addition of Willis Landscaping to the Landscape Workshop family,“ said J.T. Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop. “Combined with our recent partnership with Chris and Trevor Templeton and the CLC team, the addition of Todd WIllis’ team will give us the ability to provide even more extensive services to our customers in Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Charlottesville. Willis’s strong local reputation and experienced team will be instrumental in accelerating our growth throughout the region.”

“The merger with Landscape Workshop raises the ceiling and the bar for my employees and my customers!” said Todd Willis, owner of Willis. ”Landscape Workshop understands the value of great employees and superb customer service. I am excited for the future and to continue to win in the Green industry here in Virginia.”

This acquisition marks another step in Landscape Workshop’s expansion strategy.
